=( I need help with FTP

for my neo page, either help with that or I need a news thingy like a blog, i went to blogger.com and i cant use it to make it look like my page, http://juggalette.bleedingrose.org it shows up huge and dont match the page, so i tried cutenews and my ftp shortens all the file names with ~1 at the end! WHY!!! I HATE WS_FTP! lol grr someone help me please before I go mad!

i just use ftp from within IE,its simple and just drag and drop...
