Hum, here in Vancouver, it was hailing outside.... hailing... in the middle of April, with the sun out...

I think it stopped now, its really wierd as it stopped as suddenly as it started... The whole thing lasted about 10 minutes?

That's odd...we had hail on the 4th of July once. It was probably about 90 degrees Farheinheit (sp?) outside. Crazy.

The weirdest weather I remember would have been... last Saturday. -.^

The night before (Friday) it had snowed... so there was a little layer of snow on the ground. By about noon it cleared up, it was sunny until then.

Then it started to snow. o.o; Then it was sunny again. Then it started to snow again. Then it started to hail. Then it was sunny again. So on and so forth.

Very odd. o.o;

EDIT: And for those wanting to know... I live in California. =P But closer to Nevada. So...

The weirdest weather was last week when I got out of school It was sooooo hot I put my coat in my bag then it started to rain, still quite nice and hot I may add, so I took out my coat and put it on as sood as it was on the rain stopped and it was sunny again.

BUT WAIT! You thought it ended there didn't you?
Halfway home it started to hail again still quite hot.

I must add I live ing England so rain and sun aren't usually out together...

The weirdest thing was at one point there was a big gap inbetween the clouds so it was hailing everywhere but there...

... sun?
what is this sun you speak of?

seriously however, while on holiday (nearly two decades ago mind you) we had, rain, sleet, hail, snow, sun, cloud and then more of the above in random orders for about two days, each one lasting about two hours.

Texas is pretty well known for wierd weather, but we had some insane weather about a week and a half ago. Seriously, we had, in the course of 4 hours:

-Sun
-Really heavy rain for about 2 minutes
-Sun
-Thunderstorm
-Sun

And, during the thunderstorm, we had a Tornado Watch, and I was home alone, and it lasted for... I don't know... 2 hours maybe, and the majority of that time, there were NO clouds, and it was perfect outside... it was... wierd, even for here...

Staying in a tropical country I have no weird weather, other than the occasional thunderstorm (which can hardly be construed as weird). It's summer all year long, with rains every few days.

How I wish I lived in a country with four seasons.

Just shows you how odd our weather patterns are becoming.
Thats not so weird in Alberta... in late spring/summer.

*shrug*

Weirdest weather i've seen was the Pine Lake Tornado. I was out at a different camp ground... and the sky was purple/black/green and swirling... high winds, wickedly fierce thunderstorm. I'll never forget that.
*shudder* 11 people died. It was just... *shakes head*

That instance doesn't beat the heavy snowfall in May two or three years ago. :P

A long time ago in Calgary, Alberta, we experienced snow in the middle of May. It was astonishing. I was actually talking about it today to my dad.

Yeah, out at Sylvan lake here in Alberta. We woke up in the morning, got out of the cabin and there was like an inch of snow on the ground. The staff were all agog. It was great. We went back into the cabins and were like "Hey! kids! Guess what?! It snowed!" There was a big snowball fight before breakfast... and once breakfast was over, it was all gone. Still, fun day. Snow made the grass really bright... it was cool.
