My school blocked this site too O_O. If you think the fun, humour and games is funny, my school blocks out tasteless. I have yet to figure out what that is, but it shows up for a lot of sites lol. I think my mom is addicted to the internet. Its scary when your parents use the computer longer then you...

'Addiction' probably isn't the right word for me to use. I definitely like being on the internet because it givces me access to more friends, and a whole different world where people don't acutallyl judge me based on what I'm like, if you klmnow what I mean. I can be a whole different person online. That's why I like being online. There's also the fact that there is a whole world outside this main page.

Despite this like of the internet, I also like real life, because of the thrill of doing certain things and the adrenaline. When I go out paintballing, I love it becuase it is so different tpo anything that youj can do anywhere else. The adrenaline pumping through your body really makes you feel good about yourself. Then there's the rugby, which has opened an entirely new world to me as I have met more people, and if I was ever good enough, I could base my future upon.

I'm on the computer a lot, I grant you, but I'm alos 'in the real world' a lot. I guess you could call me normal ;)

My school blocks tasteless as well. Your School Filter isn't SINA by any chance is it?

I used to spend a while on the net as well. Imagine 20 min in the morning, then 7 hours in the afternoon. My rents were getting worried (so was I), so I limited myself. Turned out for the best I guess.

The net is great. You can do what you want, be what you want, talk to who you want. It ignores racial, social, political and economic backgrounds, and lets you create your own persona. That's also bad though. It makes it a lot easier for perverts and pettos to get around, and can cause a lot of harm as well.

I wanna do paintball soooo bad. Just 3 more years to go. Well 3 years and a month.

I'm so addicted it's unbelievable sometimes I'm up till 6:30 am of a weekend just talking to people on MSN. Posting on PPT. Playing on neopets etc...

I'm not addicted. I have friends outside the computer. The only reason I come on the internet so much is because I enjoy chatting on MSN with my friends IRL. If you were to give me the choice of coming online or going out with my friends, I'd go out.

I'm not. Perhaps I once was, but not anymore. I've realized that yes, I can be happy without pixels, and that no, popularity on places where you'll never meet anyone (...from there in real life anyway) doesn't actually count.

Yes, I have online friends. No, I don't really consider said friendships the same as they might be IRL. Online, people are different, due to how you communicate with words. You might be painfully shy in real life and yet, at the same time, might never shut up or be expolding with personality online.

People are judged differently online, as well, and as a result, many, many people prefer the internet to real life. You're not judged because of your fashion sense, or how you look. You're deaf in real life? Not online.

Of course, it's also a blade that swings both ways. Online, other people might find you painfully obnoxious, whereas IRL, you're loved by many.
