My family is in need of a new, good pizza pan. The lining on our last one began to flake off, and it's not nice eating food with bits of metal on it. Though we are covering the pans with foil whenever we use them, it still would be best to get new ones.

Here's where you guys come in! What's a good brand of pizza pan that will last for awhile?

I love pans from Bakers Secret, I have a bunch of them, and they've been great so far.

Actually, I believe it was the baker's Secret pans that started flaking, and naturally we don't want that to happen again.

They still sell wooden pans?

Get a cooking stone =D

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/de ... 6?v=glance

Just make sure you put it in when you turn the oven on, so that the stone gets warm and doesn't crack. Maintaince is wiping it off when its cooled... seriously. Just don't drop it or put it a hot oven and it'll last forever. We've had ours for four years I think.

Yay Ness, that's what I was going to suggest!

My stepmom has a Pampered Chef one, it's great.

We had one of those the first time, but apparently something happened and it broke in half. :( So now we have cheap wal-mart ones I think, and they work awesome.
