I was always under the impression that provided your account hasn't been scammed (and the scammer has run off with all the items and neopoints) if it were to be frozen and then returned to you it comes back in exactly the same condition as when it was frozen (items and all)?

My husband and daughter's accounts were both frozen erroneously. And, when returned, both got everything back. Al nps, all items, all BD items, all pets.

All I have to say is, that really, really sucks. Kelp doesn't look like it's all the way through debug anyway, but this is a big glitch...

The link no longer seems to be working. Perhaps they disabled it and now you have to get the avatar in the way they intended.

Morningstar,according to one of my NF,when TNT un-iced her account,her nps and items were gone.In other words,you get back an empty account.Is that a punishment (from TNT to the player)?Another NF lost his account because TNT said "you cheated on flash games".Problem is,he did NOT cheat on flash games.He sent multiple emails,and after a year,the account is still in Ice Land.He received automails,and that's it.

Really? When my account was unfrozen, I got all my items, NP, etc, back.

I would think in most cases if your account gets unfrozen you should get all yuor possessions back, or there would be no point in trying to get it unfrozen.

I think in most cases if your account is scammed, then frozen, you'll get it back with what the scammer took still missing. If your account is just wrongly frozen by TNT you get it back completely intact.

Woops I guess I'm a bit behind I didn't know their was a glith. I haven't got frozen or any warnings. It would be pretty cheap if they do. Whats the difference if you help people out with other avatars, like looking at peoples pet pets to get an avey or something.

I dont think tnt takes items just scammers but you never know maybe thats where the items come from on the moneytree

You don't. You just have to keep trying to get in there until you're lucky enough to find an empty spot.
