I understand that GTA is fun but I would rather play a game with less cursing, sex, and UNNECESSARY violence (I.E. Mercenaries.) It really does sicken me to think that people have fun with GTA.

Amen to that... though i do fear all the next gen consoles will cost over £400 on release with the exception being Nintendo

Number one: Metroid Prime is based on exploration, not shooting. That is why is a first person adventure, not shooter. Number two, GTA is about killing people just for the fun of it, sex, and a heck of a lot of cursing. Basically, that game is about being a TERRIBLE person. Most videogames have violence in them, but not to the extent that GTA has. GTA is just brutal and it teaches people to kill people because it is something that sounds like fun.
If you try to make an argument that GTA isn't that bad, then this argument is hopeless.
Now, as far as Mr. Geenbox goes, I hate him with a passion I cannot put into words.

I was shocked to hear the current X-Box does not make money, but this new one looks great. I will only buy it for backwards compatibality. No one I am switching boxes, I haven't read the form but anyone agree?
EDIT: IT will be backward compatiable, cries HDTV ALL!

Yea they spent too much money making it >.<
Should make money on the 360 though... Microsoft doesn't need to make money, it can spend money and it will always have enough. They print money. They own america.

I believe that they are rushing Xbox 360, and it is coming out too soon. The graphics are only a tad bit better, but I do admit the system, (not the games) has improved a whole lot, plus it looks sharp. But the game lineup is looking pretty good, except for my one problem, the graphics. They look a little rough in gameplay.

I find the whole newer Xbox live a gimick. Designing levels, clothing, etc. and having other customers buy them. Never said if the money goes back into your pocket or the pocket of Xbox. I dont feel like spending $.99 for a Quicksilver Shirt for a Tony Hawk character.
They are also releasing the system too early. The graphics just dont reach those of PS3. Sure, it may get a decent amount of Fan Base for the first 4-5 months before PS3 and Revolution come...but does that really matter when in the long run PS3 will be superior.

What about the Revolution being able to download any game, from any previous Nintendo console. Not just demos, but full, complete versions. Some may have the FMV stripped off to make it download faster, but who cares, its the actual game that matters.
Not even the PS3 can boast that level of backwards compatibility.
The XBox360 will play some older games, but NOT ALL.
