I think he's lying about the nights he's evil on. There was a mauling last night by something that wasn't a werewolf. He's innocent right now, but won't be tomorrow.
EDIT: It would also explain why it was CWisgood was mauled. They did have quite a big fight.

Qanda was walking around the castle, on the lookout for suspicious activity (such as human werewolves, etc), when he heard a shriek come from Khristian's room.
Hurrying into Khristian's room, Qanda found him slumped onto the table, a suspicious-looking parcel beside him. A quick check for signs of life proved fruitless.
"It appears that Khristian was killed by a heart attack. I wonder if that parcel over there had anything to do with it?" He said. Digging through Khristian's pockets, he produced Khristian's role sheet.
"It appears that Khristian was the Apothecary. He could immunise and even vaccinate people against viruses. Unfortunately he died through circumstances beyond his control."

Oh, crud. This isn't good... so does this mean that there's someone out there who's able to spread viruses? (Viruses? Virii? I can't remember.)

Just as Qanda stepped out of Khristian's room, he saw Chipper staggering along the corridor, looking positively unwell.
"Is there anything wrong with you, Chipper?" Qanda asked concernedly.
"I... feel... feverish... very unwell..." Chipper replied.
Suddenly, a deathly black shade started to spread out all over her skin. Qanda looked on in horror as Chipper crumpled to the ground, lifeless, dark blood trickling out of her eyes and nostrils.
"Ergh... it seems that Chipper has been killed by the Black Death, a fatal plague that was rampant throughout the 14th - 17th centuries. I believe it was precisely this virus that Khristian was warding against, but unfortunately he, too, is dead."
Qanda bent down and picked up Chipper's role sheet with a handkerchief, taking care not to come in contact with her disease-ridden body.
"Chipper was the Inventor, an innocent who could hand out secret powers to other people. Yet another blow for the innocents. Gee, they are dropping like flies these days."

Two powerful innocents in about 10 minutes... this really isn't good.
I have to go off to work now (waitressing a 100 person function, eeww x.x), so I won't be able to change my vote, or keep up with this until a couple of hours after night's end. Hopefully we manage to get an execution =\
