My favourite teacher was Mr. Marn. He didn't just teach English, which he taught very well, he taught our class life lessons. For the first few days of the class, he told us funny stories, such as when he was pledging a fraternity, and the brother threw a cigarette on the floor and told him to pick it up, and Mr. Marn got up and told him that he would not lose his dignity for a fraternity, and punched the guy in the nose. :*

Who was your favourite teacher?

I had a lot of teachers that I liked, most of my teachers were cool. My top three would have been my year 12 Accounting teacher (really down to Earth, treated us like equals - always a good thing, used to tell us amusing stories about her other classes), my year 12 maths teacher (once again down to Earth and was always willing to help out when it was needed) and my year 12 information systems teacher (funny funny guy even if it wasn't intentional, he used to get so excited about the topic that he used to end up jumping around, was a little bit eccentric).

2nd grade, Mrs. Herring. She was calm and caring, and had a wonderful sense of humor. I was reading The Hobbit at the time, and she decided to read it too.

My band director, and my English teacher. Funny thing about the English teacher though, nearly everyone else in the school thinks he's the nastiest one of the bunch. He's actually a smart, friendly guy who gives his classes free tea and coffee. ^_^

My sixth-eighth grade teacher, Mr. Heflin. In 6th grade I had him for World History, and for 7th-8th grades I had him for Multimedia. He was so fun and hilarious.

I also would have to say Mr. Frasier and Mme Cotter, my two French teachers in HS. Mr. Frasier is just plain crazy and cool, and he has an awesome mustache. xD Mme Cotter is also cool; in her class we waste half of it talking about weird stuff.

My gr 10 english teacher. She wasn't a teacher, she was a friend and mentor, and still is. I can honestly say I would still be heavily medicated and not the person I am now without her. I owe her so much.

My grade 8 French teacher. There's not a single person who's ever met him who doesn't absolutely love him. His teaching methods were fun, innovative, very very effective, and he himself was very illustrious (one time even nearly jumping out a third-floor window just to teach us a vocab word). He gave out candy nearly every class- chocolates for winning games, and huge chocolate bars if you did really well on something or if it was your birthday. No one dared to disrespect him. It's such a shame that he retired at the end of the year that I was in his class. :(

Also, my current English teacher's quite nice. She shares a lot of stories with us (even to the point where in one class, we spent the entire hour-and-twenty-minutes talking about random things and not covering our lesson at all), and thus a lot of laughs. Very fun, and yet she manages to be very organised and still teach us the essentials- which leads to our class having about 3 times less homework than all the others. I'm hoping to get her next year again, although our class won't be the same- but nonetheless, I'm also hoping that it's just as enjoyable.

Surprisingly enough, my favorite teacher isn't one of my own. Rather, she is, at the moment, my younger brother's (she was my sister's teacher a year ago.)

She is very nice, and she obviously cares about her students - the school had an award ceremony on Friday, and while all the other teachers just gave out awards for their blue dots, she gave her students a little prize as well. So that's cool. :)

She also let me come along on the field trip she went on with her fourth graders... so yep. :)

That so sounds like Mr. Frasier. xD

Except... The building he's in is one story, and his class doesn't have a window. xD He likes to turn off the lights, cover the door window, and scare people. :P

Jacquie - My Legal Studies teacher last year. She was an awesome teacher, somehow we managed to get through the content early, though we wasted half our lessons talking about complete random things. We went from talking about civil contracts to her car accidents. Too bad she left :(

Luciano - Current English teacher. We're his favourite class, and he's an awesome teacher. One lesson he got bored of essay writing preperation, and decided we were going to have a debate just because we could.

On the flipside, I hate my new French teacher. Actually, I loathe her. It's at the point where I'm skipping her classes deliberately, just so I don't have to be taught by her, and I'm seriously considering dropping French next year - what used to be my favourite subject.

Gone, forever.

To watch or get on with?

I probably get on best with my English teacher Mr Snell.

However my favourite teacher to watch is probably Mr Stout, the ICT teacher. The most stressed man on earth, and christ does he make me laugh.
ICT lessons are like another reality. I feel like I'm watching a television show sometimes. God bless him.

Well it really depends what you mean.

If you mean the best teacher at teaching I've ever had Then It'd be Miss Ridgeway. She was my science theacher and Head of year until year 9 when she moved on and now she works for the Council. The way she taught me just made everything stick in my brain. Like she told us all once what DNA Stood for (DeoxyriboNeuclaic Acid) and as you can see it's stuck ever since.

However if you mean teachers who I most like for the person they are the there are a few.

Mr Fury. Though he doesn't sound it by his name xD he's a great guy, funny, listens to great music... Crap teacher... but great guy xD

Mrs Markey a better science teacher. She is such a nice teacher and she's funny in a differant way to Mr Fury, she's funny in the actions she does and the way she teaches you. And plus she taght me a chemistry module, that Mr fury should've taught me in about a month, in half an hour.

Mrs Noble. My old English Teacher (Well she's been teaching us for a month now because our current english teacher is off sick for 6 weeks).
She is a very dramatic teacher. She makes stories and poems funny by going a bit OTT. I love her she's great!

My favorite teacher most definetley has to be my freshman year English teacher. He was a rebel, tattoos, long hair, didn't care what the principal thought of him. And he tought in the most amazing way, he spoke of symbolism, of poetry, of human nature. It really opened my eyes to the way the world works.

That and when I was going through a very tough time, I cut my hand wide open, it was self-inflicted. We were doing poetry at the time, and he made us stand on top of desks to read our poem, so we could feel above it all. At that time I really felt no one cared for me, but he saw my hand, called the nurse and sent me down...just to make sure I was cutting myself all over. At the time I was sort of annoyed, because the nurse called my mom and I had to go to therapy again, but it really made me think that at least someone cares about me. :D

He left at the end of my freshman year to return to his old school. Everyone who had him as a teacher still talks highly of him, telling all the new students that they missed out on the best teacher...ever. *sniff*

Possibly my current Geography teacher - we were taught by her last year for PSRE. She's great, really nice. Not only is she under the illusion that we are the best class in our year (:D), she helps you sort out any personal problems you have, even if it's just an arguement with someone. Once, in year 7, we were supposed to be interviewing this fireman dude, but he couldn't come, so she let us have a bit of party and stuff instead :) My grade in Geography has gone up quite a bit since we got her at the start of the year ^^
