Has anyone seen this musical? I have seen it twice, and listen to the soundtrack whenever I'm playing NeoQuest... and chatting... and doing homework. :o

I just love it. It is just so great. I just like how it put a twist on the Wizard of Oz story.

Have you seen Wicked? What did you think of it? :P

I've seen it once, last February, and I'll probably be seeing it again this month. I'm pretty excited. I like it quite a bit, though I like the book better.

Favorite character?

I almost saw it in Toronto when it was going on, but I saw Mamma Mia instead. :( Oh well, Mamma Mia was good, but Wicked would've been cooler.

Edit: 777th post! Woot!

I saw it last May for my friend's birthday and I absolutely loved it. I bought a little green stuffed monkey plushie with the Wicked logo on its shirt. (Heehee, I love that little thing. Even if it did cost me $20. X_X)
I recently got the book and I'm currently reading it. :)

"Defy Gravity" gives me goosebumps. I love that song. And at the end of the play I started crying, it was just that good. ^_^

Haven't seen it, but we sang the song "For Good" in Choir at school. It's a beautiful song, and sounded lovely (which is nice, considering there were only four of us in Choir.. hahaha.)

Do you even have to ask? 8)

Mais oui. Its very mondo cool. There's been a buzz that's been building about it, so it may be one of those modern musicals that starts working its way into mainstream society like RENT (whose movie will be released in November or some such crazy nonsense and I'm PUMPED!)

I haven't seen it yet. I do have the soundtrack, though, and I love it. My parents are letting me order the book off Amazon tomorrow. Plus, it's coming here in October, and I get to go see it! Yay!

I'd love to see it, a love that is constantly fueled by my friends who already did. Too bad musicals aren't something I go to often.

I love Wicked! I'm seeing it when it comes to LA this summer. I wish I had been able to see it in New York before Idina left the cast, though...

Oh, and coming2atvnearu - RENT's release date is November 11th. (Can't wait over here. Nearly all the original cast...gaah!)

...It's not a movie. It's a Broadway show. :P Hence why I probably won't see it, though I'm not too far away from New York.

I wouldn't mind Wicked being made into a movie. That way I can watch it whenever I want to. However, it wouldn't compare to the stage version

I was going to see it on a class trip back in April, but my teacher didn't buy the tickets in time. One of the other schools in our district got to see it, though.

I'm going to see it with on July 29 when it comes to LA. ^^

It was very fun indeed, my dad won front row tickets to the show in Toronto, but he couldn't make it...so my boyfriend and I went. We even got free drink tickets. (The alcohol was crap)
