I used to believe that in movies, all the actors were little people that actually lived in the tape. That like... ran around and stuff to make the tape play on the TV. So I was afraid to watch the same tape more than once in the same night because I didn't want to make the little people tired.

I used to think similarly exept I thought the actors all were in some studio somewhere and when you put in the tape they'd all get up and act out the movie or TV show again.

xD

For some time I was convinced I had to stay concentrated, otherwise I'd stop breathing... this gave me lots of problems when I had to sleep.
Also I was sure Santa Claus had some hidden devices to spy in the house and check when I was asleep.

Hahaha, don't worry I did that too. I guess since I didn't have the "female figure" at five I thought I was growing up to be a guy. *chuckles*
I remembered another one...in kindgerarten I refused to go to the bathroom in class all year for two reason. One was because I wanted to be a teacher and I thought that it was against the rules for a teacher to use the bathroom. ( ) And two, I thought there were goblins in there just waiting to scare me when I finally decided to go. Hee hee.

I almost concussed myself once when I was 6 because I ran into a wardrobe. I was trying to get into Narnia....

I also thought that Pokemon was secretly trying to control the minds of all the kids at my school, and that it was evil.

Wait, I STILL think that.

This is creepy, some of the stuff you guys are saying you used to believe is stuff that I still believe.
Really, I never let go of child hood beliefs. Never had any crazy ones either though, and any crazy ones I did have I let go of and have forgotten about.

When I was a child I used to think then the second I fell asleep, all my toys would come to life, and the second I woke up, every single one of them returned to the place they were at the night before.

Also, I thought that my life was being dreamt by someone, and someday he'll wake up, and my life would be lost, but actually, his life is always being dreamt by someone who will wake up one day, and so on and so forth :P

Oh yes, I just remembered another one. :P

I used to believe that when we were at church, and everyone seperated (like when everyone went to their own classes) all the women switched places somehow (I think I thought that they had masks or something with their faces) and went home with the children every week so that they could find new and horrible ways to torment them. Needless to say, during that period of time, I was terrified of my mother. :P

Haha, me too. I even asked my mom if they had to sew the woman's stomach back up. She just said "I don't know" and I got mad and said "But you're a mom, you're supposed to know!"

Me too! I only stopped believing that one or two years ago. I was at a check-up, and I was complaining about having to get a shot, my mom said something about how much giving birth hurts, and I said "Yeah, yeah, I know, they cut open your stomach." She said " Not unless there's something wrong!"

When I was in Pre-K, I had an imaginary friend named Giggy. He was gray and wrinkly, and at some point I got mad at him and told him to go away.

I believed chocolate milk came from brown cows.

I believed after I saw Toy Story for the first time that all my toys moved when I wasn't looking. Then I'd try turning my head really quick to catch them talking.

:) Ah, good times, good times.

Hm. I can't really think of any things that I thought as a little kid. o_o But maybe that's because I have an uber bad memory.

Once, when I was 7, I went outside and accidently touched a bee. It didn't sting me, but that was because I ran as fast as I could back to the house. I didn't go outside again for over half a year, because i thought the bee was out there, waiting for me. :P

I still do that, but more like, if someone else swats at a bee, I run, because I'm afraid it can smell my fear, and will divebomb me.

Uh, let's see. I used to think that the people on TV actually lived inside it and I kept going round to the back of the TV to inspect it from top to bottom. But I never actually found a way to open it and say hello =(

And I used to think that dreams were a magical faraway land where I was transported to every time I slept, and that I was unique and nobody else had them. That was until I found they were called "dreams," that they weren't real, and that everybody had them. It was actually very disappointing to find out that I was nobody special after all >.<
