No one knows how to obtain it, but it was rumoured a long time ago that you find it randomly in terror mountain.
It was blue and had a bunch of snowflakes on it....I don't know the exact link though.

it was only rumored, and it cant be proven, especially since the rumours state that it was temporary for a few days... like the valentines one... *was it valentines? i think it was valentines...* so you cant get it as of rightnow im pretty sure. im sure they will say something about it as winter comes up...
