Does the schoolbus count? If not, then no. :P

I do sometimes, but not a lot so I chose no. Yeah sure, I take the train into New York City often (since the train station is about ten minutes from my house) and we do have a lot of buses, but I hardly ever take them anywhere. No need to.

I take the train everyday after school and then get picked up at the train station. And if I can't get picked up, I take a bus. I. Hate. Buses.

I loathe the MBTA in general. However, the train is what gets me to a lot of places.

Yes, pretty much everday!! It's not as bad as a school bus, and a bunch of my friends and my bf are on it, so I like it. It's the worst when I'm all alone though, people can be very creepy.

What is this public transportation you speak of? Does the town broom rental service count?

When I was in university and lived off campus I road the bus everyday. Purdue had a contract with them so that students and staff road free (well, I think a part of our student fees paid for it, but still, we didn't get exact account on those). As long as it wasn't crowded, I really loved it. Especially since parking on campus is murder.

Right now I don't use it, but if I get a job on campus and find that there's a bus that comes by here and uses a pretty direct route to campus, I'll probably start riding again. Saving money is always a goal for me, at least when I can find an easy way to do it. ^_-

Yes I use public transport but only when I have to. I can drive so if I have access to a car then I probably wouldn't use public transport and most of the stuff is within walking distance from my house, I only ever use public transport once or twice a month perhaps.

If I'm going to London then public transport, definitely. It might be hot, overcrowded and hideously expensive - but it still beats driving in.

Yup... I use public buses almost daily.

I could get a drivers license if I wanted to, but I don't. Drivers here are crazy.

Yes though what public transportation I use depends on where I planning to go.

If I am going to Croydon then I take a train to Beckenham Junction and catch a tram from there to get into Croydon.

If I am going to London I take a train to London Victoria and take the Underground to get the place I want to go.

If I am going somewhere local then I either just catch a bus or take a train.

Due to the fact that my parents refuse to *let me* use public transportation, no.

Not like I have anywhere to go anyway. xP

I just starting using them often this year. I now use it almost every day after work. I do find that there's almost always some creepy person in there every time I get on the bus though. o_o I don't have a license (don't want one) so the only alternative is walking home (about an hour away in walking distance) in 93+ degree weather or waiting until 4:30 (usually one to two and a half hours) for a ride. I find the public transportation a lot more efficient than any of my other alternatives. :)

We don't have public transportation. At least, not in the area where I live. In Dallas, yes, but not in our pretty Dallas suburb. The most we have is a DART rail system that doesn't stop anywhere near where I go, and supposedly we have a DART bus system, but I have never seen one.

Of course, I need it to get to school. And see most of my friends, etc.
