D: You'll have to wait until he progresses to eating solid foods before you bake him cookies. :o

:D SO CUTE, AMMER! :D

Thanks everyone! I will be spoiling him a lot.

Also, I just got back from the hospital and his eyes are now hazel. Seems to be changing colours a lot.

Oh, Uncle Ammer, what a little cutie nephew. Make sure to spoil him rotten--that is what uncles and aunties (*pokes Inrun*) are supposed to do. Oh, and offer to babysit every so often. I am sure your sister and her hubby will love a night out sans baby every now and then.

I know what you mean about feeling bad every time he cried after being poked with a needle. I was the same way with my NatNat. Once she was born, she was by my side almost continuously. Once a nurse took her out to weigh her and left her in a crib while the idiot nurse did something else. Poor little thing was crying her eyes out from the bright lights. I got out of bed and yelled so much at that nurse! I just didn't want her to sit there and cry with no one consoling her and telling her it was OK. Must have been all of those motherly emotions running through me--that and lack of sleep.

Oh, and about the eyes. They are almost always greyish blue or greyish brown at first. The permanent color usually doesn't come for several months. My daughter's eyes were bright blue at birth, but they changed to chocolate brown a few months later.

Anyway, congrats on uncledom!

Ah, it must've been horrible. I hate it when they cry and the people don't even care. It makes me so angry.

Aww! Congrats Ammer! He's so cute!

I know that feeling, its the same feeling I got when my sister was born. ^_^

Congrats on being an uncle! It won't be happening to me anytime soon :P

AWWWWWW! Can I hold him?! Please?! It's been years since I've held a newborn ;_; They're so tiny and still and sweet.

And yet another one joins the ranks of uncledom on PPT. :P Don't worry, baby-euphoria lasts but for a while. Wait till you get to change the nappies.

He's lovely.

The injections are for his own good. And be happy that he's bothering to complain, it means he's normal :)

Sat Jun 25, 2005 4:45 pm

He's adorable, Ammer. :)

Atleast you're a uncle a lot later than me. I became a Aunt at 2. When I outgrow my clothes, I send them to my niece in Georgia! XD

Congrats! I hope my cousins will have a baby soon...:D

Awww I'm sure you spoil him a lot. :) Who wouldn't to such a cutie? :P

Thank you everyone, and Qanda, I think we need a button for all the PPT uncles!

And Saph, you can hold the baby once I am done with it, so in about 5 years you'll have him.

Normal eh?

--hides the baby's satan horns--

But thanks for the wonderful comments everyone. I'm going to see him today and hopefully I'll have new pictures to show you all!

Normal as a relation of yours can be ;)

Look, if he was giggling at being injected, then you should worry :P

He is a splendid looking child though. I do like babies. And not 'on toast' or any of those lamewad jokes.

Oh, Igg made a funny. Haha. [/stewie]

I would be slightly worried if he was giggling if being injected.

Sorry, but people are sometimes surprised that I have a genuine fondness for babies, and not in an ogress type way. O_O
