ok so i had this idea to do the Zelda and hip hop dance thing at the next school social and my girlfreind wanted me to teach it to her, i said ok, then she recruits one of her friends and we change it so we do the dnace thing on halloween while we t or t so then my girlfriends friend recruits someone i dont even know and now she sudenly takes over the project. I pitch in with some ideas to make it not as complicate as putting battery powered light sources into puff ball things and sticking wings on them. Then she yells at me for having a good idea. It pretty much goes on like this for a day or two. Its gotten really annoying and now were at the point of hating eatch others guts. Any advice on anyting i should/ shouldnt do??

uhmm..ok.....i have an idea, i recruit a friend, she recruits a friend, she recruts someone i dont know, and now the third one hates my guts because i have pitched in some ideas.... does that work??

Put your foot down. People like that feel constantly cheated of power over others. Unless you want to go through months of being on tenterhooks trying to please some tyrant, boot her off of the project. If she's being as obnoxious as you say, the other two girls will agree.

This was YOUR idea, and I'm sure there's someone out there who isn't going to be domineering and obnoxious.

Agree with Fidds. If this new person can't cope with the fact that it was your idea in the first place, it's her problem, and not yours.
