These aren't very common colors! I've only found a couple things that were even close, and neither of them had the exact colors.

:roflol: What a coincidence. Just as I entered the Gallery of Evil and was going to go to the Ghost Lupe page, I got this random event:

Something has happened!
The Ghost Lupe growls and suddenly all your Neopets are healed back to max hit points!

Anyways, I've checked the shop blogs and Neopedia. Not in either of those areas.
