Raise the pillow, then click the area between the pillow and the headboard.

what am I supposed to get from the tape?

That guy in the video will point at a spot on the wall towards the end of the tape. A crosshairs will appear there. Once the tape ends, click there 3 times.

is there a secret to finding the number code, or is it totally random? *dies. no, faints. then dies.*

That website on the note tells you, although I think it's down now. The code is 1994.

Where? I've looked everywhere. I got the gold key, the silver key, the dark gray key, the ring, the box, a CD case, a power cord and a piece of paper. I just need to know how to get out... (this is my first try of the Crimson Room.)
