Just what *is* Paris Hilton retiring from?

She's retiring in a year and a half now, right? Is it from her short movie career? Or is it her fabulously annoying television show, The Simple Life?

I think she's retiring from doing nothing, in my opinion. ._. Sadly, I read Confessions of an Heiress, and I don't even believe Paris actually wrote that (if she did, I bet she just dictated it and someone wrote it for her).

She's retiring from movies and what not. I mean, she has 6 movies lined up to do this year and even though they will all be crap, we know she actually has to work in them.

I should've chose the first option besides the "Do nothing" option.

I wish I could believe that everybody's favorite girl is going to finally retire, but I find it hard to believe that somebody who wears a freaking tiara in public could so easily leave the spotlight. Unless, of course, she wears tiaras to blend into the public. Which might very well be the case, because my wilderness survival handbook says that wearing tiaras is the number one rule of camouflage.

It's to settle down and have a family which is understandable.

She's retering from doing nothing. And the fact that it's the only option that actually has any votes on it right now I think it's quite phesable.

Ok I read this part before, and it still cracks me up. Playing the dumb blonde?? She is a dumb blonde. A businesswoman and a brand?? I can't even figure out how to start answering to that. 'These people are such losers' Those losers are the reason she got so much publicity.

What ever it is she is retiring from, thank god.

I do think she's cleverer than people give her credit for...she seems to have a good business sense and despire annoying a lot of people, has been able to make a hell of a lot of money off the back of what she's been, er, 'doing' for the past so many years.

Retiring? For what? She doesnt do anything but act dumb and making tapes and kittens movies. Whatever, I seriously cant stand her and I always like Nicole 10 times better than her and I'm glad shes retiring even though she barely did anything.

I agree. She's a professional socialite and anyone who can make money from networking and partying can't be as stupid as they seem at face value. Therefore, I put partying.

I agree with Igg- I think Paris Hilton is a lot cleverer than people give her credit for. She's just had so much success acting stupid that I guess she just went with it.

She's retiring because she doesn't want to be even more ashamed when her children grow up and look at the things she's done.

As for saying she's "smart" for selling herself, you don't honestly think she came up with half of that stuff, do you? It's called having a publicist. People are paid to get her image out there. All she has to do is stand there and look purdy.
