Voldemort, because he's likely to get an awesome theme song in the upcoming Harry Potter films, and like all great evil people (Darth Vader & his stormtroopers, the Orcs from LOTR etc.) you need an awesome theme song.

though the Orcs' tune was a bit naff(The fields of Pellenor/The Prophercy) Punctured rather quickly by several thousand mounted troops/ Elveses and Numernorians giving them a good kickin.
though i do love the Urak-hais tune..
yes. bad guys must have thme tunes, Unicrons was Suitably impressive if damned creepy.
