Done entirely by mouse on PSP, and I don't really pay attention to what I'm doing when I colour, so that looks screwed up x.x

IT looks like you penciled it in and then did it with watercolors. ^^ Very purdy, I love her sort of dreamy expression. I had almost forgotten how amazing ytour mouse control is. I love it, very simple but beautiful <3
