Hm...what's the deal with scrolls you put on equips? Are they removable?

no they can't be removed. it's pernament and it will stick or you have to buy another equipment from a person to renew that equipment.

I've made a scattering of characters trying to find a job I like the best. Right now I've got a level 14 archer named Azela in Bera and I'm currently enjoying the long range attack benefits. But I can never get enough of those darned arrows.
Edit: Finally made some arrows. I am UNSTOPPABLE! Mwahahaha.

I FOUND MY PAN LID!
I needed to get that out! 2 days of torture!
And to cap it, I just got to level 32. Fear the wrath of my (rather underestimated) ice and lightning!
I was trying to explain to someone yesterday the benefits of lighting.
They said the max it could do was (rather falsely) 600, while fire arrows was 2000.
I explained 6 x 600 = 3600
3600 > 2000
Of course, they wouldn't accept it, and told me my logic was weird.
It's good enough for me, besides, by the 4th job, we'll be in the same boat anyway.

All I got was a brown gullitan (level 40 hat) from boars. :'(

i'll take it. it's only for mages though. i had the blue one b4 from cursed eyes. i thought i wanted more MP, but i wanted both MP and INT or just INT Only.

I guess it was wild ones, which we were fighting together today.
I use any equipment I find, it's too expensive to be fussy about bonuses and such, I'd much rather use my Blue Chaos Robe than spend lots on a red one for a nominal bonus. I'm just going to move on from it in the end, so there is no use in being fussy.

I think you should be a Crossbowman personally, because they're so rare, and many say a Crossbowman 5 levels below a hunter can easily outdamage them, while speed is not too big a worry.
Leveling is so monotonous... only 50% in
