well, to start with: my account is frozen. I cannot think of anything i did wrong, so I read the guide on the site to get your account back.

It says: "If the answer to all of them is no, then the first step you should do is email the frozen department at Neopets (latest email available through their contact page or the auto email form) and ask them why you were frozen."

I cannot use the auto email form, because i am not logged in, and i cannot log in, because i am frozen... so, does anyone know which email-adress I have to use, or which link I need to use one of these forms?

I really want to get my account back! (I cheated once before, and 8 accounts were frozen fairly. I started again, and I really did not cheat, but they have frozen me again.)

Well first off, make a new account, and then fill out the form,
if you don't get your account back you have your nice new one.
If you do get you old account back, self-freeze your new one.
Also be careful of scams, that could be reason why you got your old account frozen. Make sure not to cheat, but you are allowed only 5 accounts, but do not transfer stuff or neopoints to another one of your accounts unless you do it fairly by giving the amount of items and or np's as what another person would want. Happy trying to get your account back and good luck! Also no cheating!

Thanks a lot for your answer! My boyfriend already have got an account, but I did not know wheather (how should I spell it... this one is wrong I guess.. well, who cares..) or not it was allowed to use another account to get your old one back.

If you try to log in, it will give you the alleged reason you were frozen, and there will be a link to the frozen appeal form.

I know. I filled in the form, but never got a reaction on it.. I am in contact with the team now.
