Ah I love Robocop. I remember crying during one of them though... whichever one it was where he got tortured ;_;

Just saw Se7en. 10 year old movie; I know.

Wasn't as grotesque as I expected. Brad Pitt wasn't as bad as I thought, but still not a fan of his.
Overall, I though it was a great movie, but forgettable.

Just saw March of the Penguins. A great documentary it is, with a storyline to boot. It seems a little "slow" (if you can say that of a documentary) at times, and there are some "sad" parts (as in dying penguins), but all the cute moments seem to make up for it. There are a lot of parts that just made the whole cinema go "aww".

I havn't watched a movie in nearly a month, last one was I belive Edward Scissorhands on DVD.

I though it was a piece of art work and a delicate comedy. Made me actully really feel bad about Eddy and the way he was treated and all the crap he went through. 8.4 out of 10 on the Tazz scale.

Kung Fo Hustle

I LOVED it!!!
The fight scenes were just SO great and so original (at least from the movies I've seen). I do wish they had did a bit more with uh.. main guy at the end though. I just felt his whole fighting thing lacked something the other fights had.
The goofiness of the movie was also really great. It never did take itself too seriously.
I love chinese martial arts movies, but I'm tired of seeing the same ole "Gotta save China from the evil Brits! BOOOOO ENGLAND!!" crap that's usually the plot. So this one was a breath of fresh air.

I found the beginning of Kung fu Hustle to be pretty good, the whole street dance with the axes was great, but I felt it got worse as time went by. I had also seen Shaolin Soccer and it reminded me of that, I think I'm quite sick of this style of movie.

I haven't seen Kung Fu Hustle yet, but I'm definitely getting the DVD soon ^^

Finally saw Batman Begins. LOVED IT. My only gripe was testoterone-covered voice changed whenever the Batman costume was worn, but other than that it was awesome.

I agree with Chris in that the ninja fight was great, but it was too short! :D

I watched Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous because my sister rented it and I had nothing better to do. I thought it was alright but I like the original much, much better.

Yeah the original is SO much better than the sequal. I though #2 was just a big hurried mess. Didn't really enjoy it at all.

I haven't seen that Shaolin Soccer movie. I thought it was just another idiotic American spoof martial arts brainless movie.
I'll have to check it out.

Let's see.

There was that one where Jean-Claude Van Dam plays a cop with the ability to travel through time....that was pretty spectacular, I must admit...

Jim.

Give me a break :P

While I was watching, my mum rang me up and told me her medical mystery thing had come back and she had to go to hospital. I was a little distracted.

*plays sob story card, and plays it well*

Apart from that, I was just blown away by the peformance of Jean-Claude.
