Brie... seems to be a favorite (not surprising, since it's so amazing.
As well I love smoked gouda, and feta. Mmm... cheese.

And now I crave spanikopita. Thanks. Thanks a lot. *sulks*

Brie, probably.

However, I'm suddenly having flashbacks to the cheese shop sketch from Monty Python.

"He asked, expecting the answer 'No'."

EDIT: Mozzarella is also good :)

Muenster Cheese, but only by itself or on sandwiches
Mozzerella cheese (also on certain foods)
Parmesan (same)

I'd probably like all cheese though. :P

Cheddar is my absolute favorite, but other than that, I looooove mozzerella. *drool* It's good melted, it's good...not-melted. It's just so good. :P

I also like Cheese curds, straight out of the factory. They squeak. Like my mouse. =D Computer mouse, mind you. :P

I never really cared the type of cheese I was eating, because it's usually on bread/pizza/etc. =/ I like all food! lol

I guess, though, if I had to pick one besides cheddar (which I don't really like, anyways), I'd pick mozarrella, 'cause that's the only type which I know of XD.

American cheese will do for me. Although I do also enjoy Mozzarella from time to time.

Mozzerella - The juicy kind.
Bulgarian cheese - it's a bit salty, but works great with salads and bread.
Ricotta cheese.

Swiss! :D I am pretty picky when it comes to trying new kinds of cheese. I only eat Swiss, Cheddar, and American.

Mmm, I love brie (especially with turkey and cranberry in a sandwich/toasty), edam and gouda is great to snack on, emmental is gorgeous in bagguetes, feta, mozzarella... Most cheeses I like really except the blue stuff and plain orange/yellow cheeses except for doing cheese on toast. Cheeses with fruit in them are nice too =) Camembert is nice too, I've never had it or an eater of it smell though o_O

I gotta agree, blue stuff is nasty, camembert is tasty. Mmmmm, I love cheese. Swiss is delicious! I love a cheese fondue.
