You're all so clever! I got...

C in English Lit and English Lang, C in R.E, DD in Science, D in Textiles, E in Art, Geography and German and an F for Maths. And this was three years ago. I could have done a LOT better but um...I don't think I was capable of doing so. I have a terrible memory so my revision just went out my head after a couple of days and when I was in the exam room my mind just blocked up completely. It would have been better to ditch the exams and focus on giving the grades for coursework because, in actual fact, I got B's for coursework and even scraped an A for a piece of English coursework and also an A for an assignment for Physics. And honestly, when I'm posting here, do I sound thick? Not meaning to be modest but I think the answer is no.

i'm agreeing wth anubis here, how is is possible to take your GCSE's in year 9??! are you sure you're not confusing them with your SATS?

Cramming 2 years of study for at least 10 subjects into one year...and year 9? I doubt it. You might start some of your coursework in year 9, we did in maths- but that might've been because he'd run out of lesson plans and couldn't be bothered to think of real wqork for us to do.

Actually our IT teacher informed us that our school will probably have year 9s do GCSEs too if they're good enough (something about getting enough ticks or whatever).

That's probably going to come up in the next 2 years or so. Nothing confirmed yet.

we had diabolical results for English SATs. I think about 5 people actually went up a level. :P
