Whoohoo!! finally got all 12 pieces....

set ahn ra kar
fer sef fer kha
lat ahn set djo
kha set tep ahn

"lat" is the symbol on my statue and I only have one of those in my chart. I tried translating it, but to no avail.....i can write down what each symbol means, but am unclear how to string them into a sentence that makes sense. Someone did this on the boards earlier....anyone know?

Hope someone figures out how to translate these, I have no clue. XD

I really think these are just random, because if each of the symbols has a set meaning and we all have them in different orders, that would be one crazy jumbled-up phrase.

Most likely we just have to find someone who can translate this, and we'll get a normal English phrase, probably (as usual) different for everyone (or like the riddles, with several different combinations of the same lines).

If I were you, I'd want the tablet you have. You have six ankh! That is a lot of good luck, if we go with what the ankh classically means.

I read the scroll with my top-left symbol on it about 6 hours ago, nothing happend, I just got a little insight. I just woke up a few minutes ago and checked, I'M NOT LOCKED OUT ANYMORE! Obviously they changed the lockout time

im going to suggest this again, just in case it was missed before.

id like to see a thread that kept track of everyones things. you would reply and edit your post to add stuff. no replies if you already have one. it would have

+your riddle
+your statue rooms symbol
+your statue symbol
+symbols on your tablet
+scrolls you have read
+scrolls you have understood
+physical scrolls you have

and anything else like that. it would be easier that way to see the patterns instead of having to weave through 40 pages of posts looking to see parts of what other people have.

not sure if the moderators would go for having another lost desert tyupe post, though. but i think it would really help us find any patterns. and it would cut down on posts if we edited our one reply with updated information and stuff.

skynet why do you hate speculation so much. it was speculation that has helped solve most of this quest. besides there is fun in speculation. if you dont like speculation you dont have to ruin it for the rest of us.

Well I have to go to work soon, I might as wel try the right-to-left theory before I leave since I won't be near a computer untill I get back in about 12 hours

EDIT: FALSE ALARM! I'M STILL LOCKED OUT! I couldn't enter so i refreshed and the message changed to this:

The temple door seems to be locked, however. Perhaps you should come back later.

I never said I hate speculation. I love crazy ideas! The crazier the idea, the more likely it will work. To quote DS9 again:
Bashir: Can I believe anything you tell me?
Garak: You can believe all of it.
Bashir: Even the lies?
Garak: Especially the lies.

The best ideas so far may have been to wait until the next comic is released, but that does not mean we should just sit back and wait.

Besides, every puzzle has more than one answer. It is just a matter of finding which answers. (Geez, I feel like I'm turning into a Cardassian).

Well darn ... After reading your first post ... I just decided to go check a scroll out ... since I was going to bed and would just play around tomorrow morning.

Oh well ... I read a scroll I hadn't yet ... and got the plain "reads" message.

Doesn't work. I just tried one line and it made less sense as I continued. Good idea though.

My ninth piece!! I don't even need a map. I just memorized most of the hallways and wrote down bits of notes. Off to Donny's!!

I memorized my temple to start with. When I went to write it down, I only recalled roughly 50 rooms. Most of the symbols blurred togetherr, though. I'm glad I mapped it out because the two before the last were hard finds.
