Chewier is better, though all bacon is good. Except for that hard stuff that you get as part of a hotels breakfast...

I prefer mine to be on the crispy side, but not totally 'fall apart when you bit into it' crispy or anything.

I love bacon. It's salty, and I an unfortunate love of salt. >_< It's even worse than my sweet tooth.

I'm a huge fan of turkey bacon, but it's gotta be done right. Otherwise, it's a little more rubbery than pork bacon.

In other words, not too crispy as in overdone and not too chewy as in where you have to work at it.

Well... I'll eat any bacon prepared in any way, but I prefer it to be Crispy, or at least moreso than chewy. I don't like chewy bacon as much. Bacon's probably my favorite meat (though it's not really it's own meat). That's why I'm going to have a heart attack before I'm 30. :P Fweeee!

Chewy with the fat crispy around the edges.

Of course you Yanks don't know what real bacon is. American bacon is hella strange.
