Well, Snape loses by quite the sizeable margin, but Lupin is a pretty popular character, so that proves nothing.

Anyway.

Not only is it a big "no contest" on a character standpoint, but I also resent that JKR sank into bald-faced political allegory.

I agree with Flame fully. Besides, JKR wrote about Scrimgeour in such a negative way, I realllyyy doubt that people actually like him.

Lupin is amazing. Truthfully his impression in HBP was kind of lacking, but I love him nonetheless.

Lupin! :) Scrimgeour just...disappointed me as a character. He just...was... he didn't seem like a person to me, just a random character. :P
