Good morning!

10 Am NST is when the "winners" from the Random Contest will be announced....if there really are any true winners, you know?

And I counted the symbols on my tablet and I have 10, am missing 2.


Wait, I may be misreading, but the scrolling text on the random contest page says they will stop accepting submissions at 10 AM NST. So are poeple misreading this, or do they announce at exactly the same time? o_O


You know, I have no idea.....I will be watching anyway, though!! :)

Not really doing much anything else today anyway....

All of these entries were for the Usurper puzzle, formerly found in the Sehkmet palace but now vanished. There wouldn't be any clues here, since they are much too old.

But since people are looking at their tablets and noticing missing heiroglyphs, do any of them match the statue door or the symbol below it? It might be a hint to finding that door...

my faerie door had lat, and the statue had fer, and both are on my tablet.


i just tried checking the news for may 13, 2000, when the nuria account was supposedly created, but found nothing. just thought i'd mention it.

They can and might reuse old clues from past plots e.g. the parrot on the hill.

i think you may have misunderstood. no one is missing pieces of their tablet (unless they haven't completed it yet). we're saying: of all the possible symbols to have, we don't have some of them.

I have three symbols missing also. I did notice that there is one from each room. Does anyone else have them missing from each room, or is that just a coincidence?

Well submissions to the random contest should now be officially closed. I'm just hoping that they don't release a new clue at silly o'clock again (last night's clue came out at around 2am GMT) because I've got a long, early-starting day ahead of me tomorrow. :(

Sorry, I meant the Libraries. For each symbol I have missing for my Tablet, there is one Scroll in each Library with that symbol.

Probably just a coincidence, but you never know...

I also noticed that there is a 13th scroll out there. You can see it in the image for the gas chamber. The seal on it is pink, and completely different from the other scrolls. The scroll as an individual item is (was?) shown on the front page on PPT's battlepedia.

Maybe you'll get it separately? Maybe it's the fortune teller's scrool.
