Pink Poogle Toy Forum

I've been starting to work on pictures of my pets, and this is the first one in the set. My Faerie Kougra, C.C.

As a side note, the picture's pretty rushed, which is why the lineart and some shading looks kind of sloppy. ^^" I don't really like to spend more than 40 minutes for a neopets picture, since I figure I can spend my time better drawing other things. ^^"

I think he's adorable. I really like how you did his wings, very shiny and rainbow-licious. The Molty is also cute.
40 mins and it doens't look rushed to me.

Interesting blending purple with pink.

The wings are incredibly unique and beautiful. I really like it. The lineart is a bit thick for my taste, but regardless of how long you took to draw it, overall it is very lovely.

Well, I guess my definition of rushed is that I haven't cleaned up the lineart any... like on the tip of his ear, and it's too thick in a couple places even for my tastes. ^^"

The wings are too awesome. Very original, and it works so well. I'm amazed how well you made it work where some of the feathers aren't fully drawn in (like they don't have complete lines) Every time I try that it looks silly.

Petpet=adorable. That little guy has some serious attitude. I want.

The only thing I don't much like are the Kougra's paws. They looks like...a monkey-morph's or something...not like cat paws. And the angle seems a bit off on..well, all of them, really, but particularly the far forepaw.

Thanks, I see what you mean about the feet. But it just helps confirm that I SUCK at drawing cats. XD So the fact that the face even looks feline is happy for me. I should practice the kitties more.
