- Luxord, the newest Order member (who looks to be the oldest) uses a deck of cards as his weapon choice (a 52 card-deck, not anyway related to Chain of Memories) and appears in the Pirates of the Caribbean world.
- Atlantica will be similar to as it was in the first Kingdom Hearts except
there will be a new character; Prince Eric. Lastly, we have learned that in
Atlantica, you will battle the boss, Ursula, in a 'musical game'.
- 2 new magic abilities have been revealed. The first one that has been revealed for Sora in Kingdom Hearts 2 is called "Magnet". Just as you would think, Sora will have the ability to draw enemies closer to him. The last one is called 'Reflect', because it'll be a magical energy shield that will defend Sora from attacks.
That seems cool, but it seems that KH2 is actually going with the plotlines for the Disney movies. Nightmare Before Christmas is actually doing the movie plotline as well I think Atlantica will be doing, if not, what is Prince Eric doing there?

Well, I hear Barbossa is in the PoTC world. So I imagine he'll be doing something along the lines of Clayton, using the Heartless for his own evil means.

Most likely, but than again, he could be part of that freaky evil alliance that Ursula, Jafar, Captain Hook, Oogie Boogie, Malificent and Hades was part of. But than again, I doubt it.
It would be so cool if Scar was part of it now, I mean, they're all coming back (Besides Captain Hook I believe).
Edit: Kingdom Hearts 2 Release Date North America
Today, a press release (PR) from GameSpot was released. In it, they reported the release date for Kingdom Hearts 2 in North America to be March 1, 2006. Though it has not been confirmed by Square-Enix, it seems that it is reliable enough to be taken seriously, as they have it in an actual press release.

I go by the three attributes from the intro sequence of the first game, Sora is usually physical attack, Donald is magic, and Goofy is defensive. Naturally they associate defence with a turtle/tortoise so Goofy is stuck with that form (either that or they don't have any good ideas for poor Goofy)

It was supposed to come out last year and they keep delaying it. I want a quality game but this many delays is ridiculous. I saw it in the store and the guy told me it was coming out in a few weeks, I went back a week later only to be told it was delayed until March 1, 2006. The XBOX 360 will be the only thing I'll want to play then.
