It looks like some other neopets-like websites, like powerpets....... shall they improve as much as neopets has?

The time machine was another place to get quests. A little human scientist was "stranded" in tyrannia and needed parts to fix his machine.

I remember when there was no battledome, no redraw colors, and a lot of violent weapons that all got changed (RAZOR WHIP!!! It became the "feather tickler"....bah.)

I miss the discount cards. Does anyone else have one? I barely got mine to 2%. =/ I also missed the times when you didn't need a modem to buy from the shops. (Once you click the item, it's already sold out. >>)

One last note, the site calls it a "Flyeye"... it should be Fleye. I know this because it was my second neopet. XP

The time machine: http://www.neopets.com/prehistoric/timemachine.phtml it's still there, it just does nothing. i remember it, it also gave tyrannia army points. and the only quest that i finished, gave me an abacus.

oh man, i remember like everything there. some of it is actually pretty recent

not to mention that people used to go to the tree only when they NEEDED stuff...now they go when they WANT stuff.

Very true, and the money tree wasn't populated with junk back then either.

I miss when the faerie quests were like the other quests, you could request them at any time, wish I would have taken more advantage of them ^_^;;

I also remember how expensive food was, before the days of the omelette. I went to the soup faerie for a looong while, too bad their wasn't an avatar back then
