Get furniture at the ruki's tent. Talk to the interior designer. He will tell you which floor, but how do we know which lamp/rack/whatever symbol to use or does it matter once you get to the right floor?

You can tell by the shapes of the chalk outlines - the lamps are round.

i think the fuzzy ones are the stolen ones and the solid ones are where u need to put them..

The chalk outlines become blurry when someone steals the furniture.

I just placed a table and can still walk around the repository. I'm heading to the exit to see what happens.

[EDIT] Ok, I have exited and I just got a scroll rack. No lockout time for me!

OK, I've placed two pieces now. You don't seem to get anything for doing it.
For anyone who's interested, tables are big squares, benches are small rectangles, lamps are circles and scroll racks are the other one. You CAN put furniture on blurry lines.

It's there if you scroll down a bit at the foreman page. It says something like "There's some activity over at the tent."

You have to return to where u entered the repository and then exit from there. There is a button underneath that says exit - but only when u are back at the start.
