kiltro wrote:Just wondering, but how do you come to the conclusion that the thieves stealing the furniture are the ones from the plot? If that were true, wouldn't they have needed to find a way back to the Lost Desert? They haven't done that yet, so unless time travel is an element in this plot, I don't see how the thieves stealing the furniture can be the ones from the plot. And besides, its not like they'd have so little furniture that they'd need to steal it, right? Heh.

Thank you! I've been waiting for someone else to get it! I was afriad I was the only one.

Edit: Yay! I'm three for five on guessing to ditch an item on the 1st floor and run.

Oh! I suddenly understand what you're getting at. :P Yeah, I thought about that too when I first heard of the furniture theft but kind of left my mind. Maybe we'll find out more as the plot proceeds?

edit: 100th post! :D

I have tried several times to place furniture. I get told that my piece does not go there even though the decorator dude told me that floor and I'm deffently placing it in the right spot. I keep getting told I don't know my shapes and being sent out to wait for a while. Has this happened to anyone else? I am thinking it might be becasue I was not able to find any of the right bricks to move when we were doing that, so I didn't move any. Has anyone who didn't move a brick been able to place furniture?
Just wondering if its a progressive thing like those who hadn't read their scroll couldn't get sand.

Could be some of the Ruki workers or ID himself making off with some of the furniture while everyone isn't looking. :D Can we steal some for ourselves? :battar:

(This is why thieves make terrible furniture movers. 0:) )

Edit: Nope it isn't a progression thing. I didn't get to move sand or bricks (was overseas at the time) but have been able to place furniture. Check the first post on the first page of this thread; it'll tell you which pieces of furniture go where and other things. The maps are way helpful as to where to go and what goes where. Map makers rock!

yeah, that's happened to me once. Although, my terrible memory might be in question. :P So I dunno... you are certain that you're on the right floor, etc?

Just to be clear ... when he says "first floor" ... it is the floor where the entrance is on. There is a floor below it (basement). American style labelling of floors ... not European.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Yes I am certain I had the right floor becase I took so long trying to find an empty spot to put my table that I went back and asked the guy just to make certain they hadn't filled the floor up while I was looking. I know what a square is so I was a little mad when the forman told me I didn't know my geometrical shapes.

The next three times I took scroll stands becasue there were so many of them. The first time with one of those I didn't see the decorator at the front door and it took forever for me to find him. I have the maps so I know I was on the correct floor, but again I was told it had been put in the wrong place.

Then next scroll stand same thing.

The last one I admit I couldn't find the decorator and I had to get to bed so after 1 1/2 hours I just put it on the floor I was on. So I can understand why I got in trouble the last time, but the other three I don't. That's why I asked about the acculative thing.

lol, I guessed the floor of my last 2 pieces of furniture since the ID has given me the same floor 80% of the time. I got caught when I moved a different piece of furniture, a bench. -.-"

Anyways, I'm off for tonight! Hope there might be more furniture to move tomorrow. *disappears in puff of smoke*

I know final counts have been guessed at before, but has anyone checked the last or next to last furniture numbers against any of the maps? I just counted the number of tables and got 31 (could have been 32). Just one more thought in this whole mess.

Now, I know I'm completely behind all this but...

do library doors just appear, or do you have to click on a door first? And does the clue thing at the front have anything to finding the library doors? I've found my statue, just need my scrolls!! =)

Nope, the library doors appear just like normal doors.

If you haven't mapped out your temple, I suggest you take the time to do so. It's a lot easier :)

The library doors are somewhere in your temple. You'll need to most likely need to search around in it for them. A map helps ...although if you found the faerie door ... perhaps you are ok.

The first post lays it all out.

Well, thanks! =) I've read the first post multiple times... but I'm so behind it's kinda blurry... and doesn't really make sense. =) I don't know how to map it out, and I don't really have time. I'm just hoping I'm lucky enough to find something. =)
