I used to RS in the tropical food shop and make up to 30k an hour casually, but after spending a couple of months away from neopets, it seems like just about everything in it has lost value, no longer worth RSing. Is this the case, and is there somewhere else that i can easily RS r60-80s for less than 2k that sell for 10k+?

You might try practicing in books or frozen food.

I restock in books, I haven't gotten many really good restocks, but almost everything that is sold there will get you a profit. I think the only good ones were Visiting Kreludor and Escape From Meridell Castle.
