'Life' doesn't seem to be an average of the scores at all.

Then it's either more wrong than previously assumed or the scores are weighted.

Don't be afraid to see the truth, even if no one wants you to. Be yourself and not a fool. Don't ever be afraid to speak your mind and listen to criticism. Dissent is keeps our country progressive and willingness to challenge yourself is what keeps yourself ever evolving.

Oooh, fun. I love quizzes. My results:

Life: 5.9
Mind: 6
Body: 5.9
Spirit: 5
Friends/Family: 4.7
Love: 2.9
Finance: 4.2

Yikes, I don't think my Love rating should be that low--single and not looking equals a low score? Oh well. :)

I have a feeling being an atheist and an only child counted against my score and that kinda makes me angry since I don't consider those things negative. Funny enough, my spirit score isn't as low as I thought it would be even though I'm one of the least spiritual people I know. At least I have a sense of what the person made this quiz is like even though I find this quiz highly innaccurate and slightly offensive.

Actually putting Atheist raises your Spirit and Mind score .2 as opposed to Christianity and New Age. The others stay the same. I'd be more offended if I were of a different religion.

Hmm...

Looking at the quiz again, it looks like these are the sorts of questions that would raise an atheist's score by answering "yes":

"There is more good than bad in the world." (Answering yes means you're spiritually fulfilled; answering no means you're not. Sorry everyone, but I answered some degree of no, and I'd rather see the world clearly than be 'spiritually fulfilled' and wear rose-tinted glasses.)

"I follow a strong moral code." (I answered no to this one too, because I consider myself a moral utilitarian and 'strong moral code' speaks to me of strict rules that can never be violated and that do not allow much room for extenuating circumstances.)

"Do you believe everything happens for a reason?" (What self-respecting atheist believes this? They're clearly asking if you believe that even events that seem bad are, without exception, good in the long run. Everyone I've met who believes this - which is thankfully a small number of people - believes it because they think God has a plan for us. I've never met an atheist that believes this, and really I don't expect to.)

It seems weird to me that this could be considered spiritual, when your 'strong moral code' could be the law, which is in no ways spiritual.

I think that when they said "strong moral code," they meant more than simply the laws of your country, etc. The law is a rather weak moral code in that it does not prohibit you from, say, lying to your spouse about cheating on him/her. It doesn't prohibit you from wasting money on yourself that could be better spent helping people. It doesn't prohibit you from leaving your girlfriend when she gets pregnant.

The law is a moral code, but it's not a very strong one.
