If you mean magic by mipsys wand from nqII I'll go with magic because you can cast far away so magic but if you mean something else then technology :roll:

Technology is based upon science, and science is based upon laws that do not change.

Magic has no limits to what it can do, as it isn't contained by the laws or reality and physics. So I got with magic, as there is much more you can do with it. ;)

Along with the same point as Jacob made, Technology has justification behind it which makes it easier to explain. If magic were around in the real world then I would have extra homework and paranoia...

Darigan Castle is the magic version of a Star Destroyer. :D Also, don't forget the nova storm Morguss unleashed during the 2nd Meridell war. Total devestation. :o

another way to look at it: Would you rather have a darigan elemental (golem), or one of Sloth robot workers? PErsonal, golems for me. Plus they would be easier to make. just use a spell. :)
