Personally, I completely hate the new haircut on me. Yesterday I was nearly in tears because of it. At least today I figured out a way that I can sort of tolerate it better. Tuck it behind both ears. Then it doesn't make my face look so short and round. Short hair makes my cheeks look chubby. ;_; Why didn't I remember that before I got it cut?

Sapphire Faerie - Everytime I see new pictures of your cut, it looks better and better. The style definitely suits you quite nicely.

Aww Mylene! *hugs* I actually thought your face looked longer with the short hair. This cut give your hair more body and defination, what you could do is go back to your hairdresser and say 'i'm not really happy with the way my hair has turned out, is there any way we can modify it so that it accents my face shape better?' Maybe some sideswept bangs would look good and make your face seem longer. And of course, theres the option of going even shorter!

my hair is a little shorter then yours there, just long enough to pin behind my ears I think. But also notice that your hair is thicker then mine (or at least has more body in the photo) So maybe maybe talk to your hairdresser about possibly thining it a little?

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v39/t ... 3_2310.jpg see the bit of hair thats seperated from the rest on the side of my head? I usually keep that in front, and pin the rest back with bobby pins. It helps make the face seem longer when you pull the rest back.

There are alot of options to be had I got my hair cut so short once I nearly cried, but I was in public lol. Now my hair is at a state of utter crap, no matter what, but I havent found a place to get it cut yet. ><

No, you hair is probably much, much thicker than mine. ^^; My hair is extremely fine and thin, it just looked full because I kept tossing my head down right before the photos. ^_-

Thanks for the suggestions. I love short hair, I just hate it on me. I don't understand how to fix my own hair, so going shorter would be a disaster (I've had short hair many, many times...and ended up looking like Molly Ringwold circa 1984...in 2000). I only know how to curl under the ends. ^^; But I do appreciate the advice. ^_^v And I'm very jealous of how good short hair looks on you!
