I just read those links... this one was particually annoying.
I wish that neoschools, like the jellyworld, didnt exist. But apparently TNT is too lazy to not code them. I think we have pretty much given up on ever not seeing them, huh
We have added three more Back to School items to Neopia. Sorry about the delay with Neohome Gardens and Neopian Schools, we have been so busy with all the Limited Too stuff, and of course the upcoming new world 'Jelly World', that we have not had much time. We hope to have both of them completed soon.

Good question...
My guess is that neopets made an arbitrariy remark about the flasenss of rumors(self-started most likely) about the "non-existant" jelly world, and some users thought it would be funny to change one of the world links to the one for jelly world...and viola, it was found!
Thats a total guess mind you-I havn't been around long enough to witness JW's conception. -.-'

The Cellblock link used to really link to Jelly World. Also, it used to be possible, after looking up certain jelly foods via the sidebar search, to click on the "See if this item is in Stock!" button to go to the Jelly Foods shop, which (being located in Jelly World) has a "Click here to return to Jelly World" link.
