The fact that I spent 30 minutes trying to get my hair to flip out and look cute (I had done it successfully on Saturday) only to end up with one side flipped out, the back flipped in every which direction, and the other side hanging flat. I managed to get it all curled under, but I had put in so much pomade and gel to try to get the flip that now my hair feels repulsive. 
Never trying that again, at least not on a weekday.

This weekend I was in Chicago. Awesome trip, but I didn't get any homework done- which sucks, as I was out of school for two weeks a little while ago because of a <i>really</i> bad sinus infection (when I say bad, I mean bad. I have to have surgery during the holidays because of it), and I'm still catching up. Then, last night, because I was supposed to have school today, I left (flying alone is actually quite nice, as I didn't have my little sister babbling away in my ear). On the plane, my throat started to hurt a bit, but I ignored it.
Then I wake up this morning and my throat feels like someone jammed a knife down it and twisted it around. On top of it all, I'm incredibly dizzy.
And so I have to stay home from school. Again. And I can't do any work, because my dizziness is so bad that I can barely read.
My health does not like me.

downside of my day
Spending 4 hours last night and another 5.5 hours today at the hospital
i have pleurisy and pneumonia - very painfull
