Since the site was down, I decided to check some of my email accounts, and to my surprise, William actually responded to an idea I suggested in their automatic form submission:



This was my email to the suggestions form, thinking to get Grey Buzz when I have had that Fountain Faerie pass (to get 2 avatars lol): (edited some parts for security reasons with "-edited-" )

Cool! I hope that they do make a grey buzz... that would be cool, two avatars in one go

Gawd no Grey Buzz. I already stopped having a Maraquan Buzz cause of that blasted Buzzin avatar. Now grey buzz will be everywhere.
Curse those avatars...

Now Grey Korbat....that would be a cool grey pet.
More grey pets would be very nice.

I'm really glad to hear that the support staff is taking the time to respond to suggestions. That is very heartening! From what I've read before, William takes his job seriously and is usually most helpful.

When humans answer those, they're actually very nice people! I just wish there were more of them to deal with all of us brats.

That's nice of him to reply back in such a kindly manner. And it's good to know other Grey pets are coming. I think a Grey Acara would be cute (I'm gonna paint both of my Acaras Royal, however). But more especially, as GREY USUL (I would paint my Usul that colour)!

That's great! Really looks like the public relations has really picked up lately.

Too bad I painted (and pounded) already a Maraquan Buzz. But it is really heartwarming to actually get replies. I sent a lot of suggestions (and bug reports) and this was one of the rare one answered. Once I got a reply, but there was no signatory (just support, not a name) and the answer seemed to be copy-pasted.

The idea of a Grey Buzz was from the Neoboards.

I wish I would get an e-mail of some sort back from Neopets about my account that was frozen from THEIR glitch. It's nice to know some of them are responding to people at least.

I had a suggestion about the lab ray *especially* since it's price has inflated so much since the avvy came out, and have been writing the same thing to the editorial every week for a couple of months

I thought it might be a good idea if we could get back the lab map pieces (and lose access naturally)if we had got our pets to the point where we didnt want to use it anymore.

I have three accounts I use as adoption accounts, purely because I don't want to waste the lab! If it wasnt for the lab I woulda closed those accounts ages ago. In fact keeping them open is really something I dont want to do, as it takes too much to keep track of all these accounts :/ But I dont wanna see all that hard work go to waste either.

So I thought maybe even we could lose a random piece (so people didnt take advantage of it to move the lab from acct to acct each day ) but voluntarily have our mind wiped (:P) and forget the way to the lab!

Now if only they could get rid of that blasted clone that keeps giving me and Kelpie trouble.

I really like that idea, but I don't think they'll do it because unless there's a much bigger loss when removing the lab, people would do it all the time. The lab prices will drop heaps too, since people might 'lend' pieces to friends for a while, and scammers would no doubt take advantage of it.
Still, the concept is good...

William's a really nice support staffer. He responded to one of my suggestions as well (though half of them remain unreplied to, no doubt in the inbox of some other staff member). Vipada is as well though I don't know iif they're still on neo.
