Yep, that's right, I'm going to dye my hair. I'm having trouble deciding though. I want to go vibrant, brash, eccentric. Like bright pink, blue, very bright purple ect. I've always wanted to do that. I have pale skin but it's not TOO pale. I've still got a bit of a tan from when I went to Mallorca. What colour would go nice with my complexion?

Urgh don't go all over. It looks crap on long hair. Go for slices or chunks instead. I think blue personally because it looks so good in reddish hair.

Haha, I forgot about saying what my real hair colour is. I was shocked to find out that you already knew. It's been a while since I posted a piccie. Anyway, thank you for telling me that it looks nasty on long hair. I don't want to end up regretting it ;)

I might get it cut though.

Oh and also, I'd go to a hairdresser to get it done rather than a home job. I recently dyed my hair what I hoped would turn out light brown with blonde streaks but actually turned out dark red with orange streaks. I was gutted. The hairdresser couldn't put it right either as the bleach in the home kit literally fried my hair. All I could do was put a toner on and wait two months to have it redyed. </uniteresting story> So yeah, hairdressers definately.

That's a good place to go for ideas too.

Pink is always superior, but it's hard to tell without a picture to base it off of.

Look at the colors there - atomic pink is, from what I hear, the god of pink dye, but it is literally almost impossible to get out of your hair - and try to pick a color that has pictures with people close to your complexion, maybe :)

I quite like the Iguana Green from that colour chart. Think it'd look good against pale skin. :)

If you want attention, dye your hair puke green... I did it once, and I was know as 'the girl with the puke green hair' n___n

I like pink. It could look good as streaks.... Also, if you don't want to dye all of your hair, a funky think I once did is only dye the sides, by that I mean as if I were to get a moehawk, but instead of shaving the sides, I dye it. That way, if you don't like it, you can always put your hair down, so the middle ( your natural hair color) will cover it.
It looks pretty cool in a ponytail too.

Blue looks very nice, either by itself or against red hair in streaks or something^^

Blue if your pale. My friend (who's a guy) grew his hair overly rediculiously long (we're talking smurf length), and died it blue. He's really really pail and he looked freakin amazing, it went SO good with his pale skin.

Red slices are niice.

Since I've seen what your hair looks like, I would suggest dyeing it red and then have some black streaks. Or you could dye it black and have red streaks. Either way, you'll look really nice.

If you're getting streaks, blue looks great on red hair. Green looks pretty cool too, but I'd recommend one big streak rather than lots for that color. Most people will tell you not to get a pink streak with red hair, but if you want one, go for it.

You can do pretty much any color with tips, but I personally like bright red tips like Igg's got, or black ones. Blue's pretty cool with tips, too.

If you're doing all-over color, I like Ammer's idea, blue, purple, or bright red. Pink looks better all-over than with streaks for someone with a typical redhead's complexion.

I voted blue, though.

All over is bad with long hair, I agree with that. Especially if you're going with an unnatural color. I've seen your hair, and my personal opinion is that you would look best with blue streaks (or tips; though I think streaks would look better on you). Green would be a second choice. Pink or purple- definitely not. Your hair is an orangey reddish color, and purple looks terrible with orange/red. Pink wouldn't look good, either. I would advise against dying your hair over one color and then streaking it from there- you have a gorgeous hair color, hiding it would be sad.

So. Blue streaks. And I agree- for your first time dying, go to a hairdresser. Better quality, better results, better all around.
