Excuse me?

Gosh, if people pick their friends out of which video game character they have a fan of, the world would be really, really sad.

Example:

"My favorite game is Mortal Kombat Advance!!...Hey? Guys? Where'd you go? What's that brick? AAAHHH!!!!"

But really, Mario needs a new game ala the original games, and Mario 64. The Mario Party games seem really interesting, but I like the actual games where you hit little things on the head and knock shells back and forth.

I didn't care too much for Super Mario Sunshine.

My drama teacher would not be quiet about this game. I was going to buy it, but I saw Wario Warez instead.

Mario Party (original) Was good, but it's dying a bit now.

And no, 7 games isn't too much. For example, FF Mystic Quest (Ok, not really part of the series but it's sort of a start of Final Fantasy), FF I, FF II , FF III. FF IV, FF V, FF VI, FF VII, FF VII, F VIII F XI, F X, F X-2, FF CC And the final Fantasy series is still going on. Also there's the Legend of Zelda Series, still going strong as well.

There's New Super Mario Bros. coming out later this year, and Mario 128for the Revolution too.
Or if you fancy a change, try Super Princess Peach
