Greetings, and welcome to Anime Versus. Like it's predecessors, Anime Versus will pit two competitors against each other each week, to see which one PPTers prefer. To vote, please select the anime you like best from the poll at the top of this topic, then feel free to discuss your choice below. The winner of the week will move onto the next round, and will face a new challenger anime. Should an anime win for six weeks straight, it will be removed from the competition and placed into the Anime Hall of Fame.
Last week, Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon defeated Air by seven votes. This week it will face a new shoujo competitor.

Tsukino Usagi was your average junior high student. Well, maybe a bit below-average. Between failing grades, a tendency toward oversleeping, and a near-terminal case of clumsiness, she hardly seems like the first choice for a guardian of justice. But when a black cat named Luna gives her a transformation brooch, Usagi finds out that she is the magical warrior, Sailor Moon. As her dear friends and fellow Senshi gather around her, she’ll face evil forces, true love, and her own destiny.
