I do believe you are supposed to bet to make a statement like below (NOTE : I have already bet earlier, and as a result, this is not my bet)

I believe more people chose Good than Evil. I believe the difference between the amount of people that picked evil and the amount of people that picked innocent is an integer between 4 and 6.

Therefore my bet would be...

I bet 10 chips that if given the chance to be GOOD or EVIL, people chose Good by a margin of 4-6

Yes, the intent is you choose A number AND/OR A letter.

You have 3 options:
1) You can pick whether you think EVIL or GOOD was chosen more.
2) You can pick the margin by which one was chosen over the other
3) You can pick 1 & 2, with your reward multiplied by those two choices.

The range options are just to make it easier on you. You don't need to choose a value inbetween. If the answer is inbetween 1~3, and you think that then bet on it. You win if its 1 2 or 3. (etc.)
