I generally pop in everyday as I usually run through my bookmarks when I first get on the computer as a general routine. Some days I actually read and post while others, most it seems lately, I just glance around and leave, but I'm still usually here sometime during each day.

Every day. I usually end up cycling through the forums, then starting over. And I usually refresh the index for anything new. If someone posts, I'm there in a flash.

Every day if I can. Especially if I'm watching a particular thread, but usually I just come on and check if by some amazing chance I have a pm or something.
not that I get pms often =P ^^
