Frozen Account- Help needed

My account shoyru4me263 got hacked, and they froze my account because i was hacked!

I sent in a report, but all they did was say "We're working on it" but its been a month with no new news. Any quicker way of dealing with this? Does anyone know who to contact?

I would write back to the support person who contacted you with the "we're working on it". There have been alot of people affected since I think December? with the cg'ers.

You may just have kind of gotten lost in the shuffle. A nice, polite email may help.

same thing just happened to me. I was cookie grabbed on 2-13 and sent in a report of abuse detailing what happened. So today (4 days later) my account gets frozen (reason: you may have fallen for a scam...). I filled in the form, but why did they do this... and why so late on a Friday??
