Ok well I got a hair cut. It was cut shorter than I had planned.

:P

Are there any ways to make hair grow faster?

I always thought there weren't, but if there are, then I'd like to try them :P

Actually, my brother has this bald spot on his head and the doctor gave him medicine to try and grow the hair back. It really isn't a natural bald spot as it appeared and grew bigger out of nowhere.

Anyways, what I'm trying to say is that perhaps go to the doctor and they'll prescribe something?

Or wear a hat.

Not really.

Speed up time is probably the fastest way. You could try a suction plunger though (at least it would look funny) :P

Actually. There is a method. It's odd but it works. My Mother use to use it when I was a child and she had beautiful long, silky hair. It's -- let me go ask her the specific brand. Okay. It's called Mane and Tail shampoo and conditioner. It's actually a haircare line for horses, but the exact ingrediants have been used for human products to help strengthen and grow hair. :P I know this sounds nuts, so I won't go on and on of how well it really worked. Just try it. Walmart has it in the.. pet care aisle. Sometimes the human too.

hmm...trim your hair a tiny bit every once and a while? Just to keep it growing... It's bad not to cut it every month or so anyway (not that I do...o.O; eheh..)

Random note: It has been a LOONG time since I've been on....*hides* First post back!^^*

I can sell you something. It doesn't come cheap, and it's not guaranteed.

That's easy pattypus. Just straighten your hair. The hair straitener lengthens your hair.. it's weird. It like.. stretches out your hair and thins it.

Hold onto your seats people... the SL is back.

Sunlight supposedly makes hair grow faster.

Ironically, having your hair trimmed often helps.

The problem with that statement is that even if your hair grew faster, you'd be cutting it and thus negating any results. As hair is not a living thing I cannot see any reason why it would grow at a faster rate after cutting it.

Something to do with dead and split ends slowing growth rates.

Massage your head, this feels good and it is supposed to increase circulation to your head and roots of hair.

Wash your hair with baby shampoo and conditioner.

Later and rinse once only. Don't use water that is too cold or too hot. Squeeze your hair to remove some water then towel dry it gently.

Use a big comb to detangle it and if you get to a snag, don't attack the snag vigorously, but work on it slowly. Comb your hair until you get the snags out, but don't over comb it. Let it air dry if possible.

If you want to use a dryer, use it on a lower setting.

Don't use a lot of harsh hair sprays or stuff that smells strongly. If you dye your hair, try to use a creme dye or one that is gentle on hair.

Don't tease your hair or poof it up, this will break your hair.

Eat a good diet with plenty of protein and iron.

Some natural products have been used that are supposed to be good for hair, like willow and sage. I don't know how effective they are.
