I did a search on Neopets for the rarity values for the items that you wanted to know and found out the following rarity values for the item you wanted. (Where it has Don't know that is where no information the item came up.)

I think that Cloud Paintbrushes are the same as all other paintbrushes - so, wouldn't that be 120? Or whatever they are?

The Ummagine Plushie...nobody has one in shops, galleries, trades, or auctions. It's hard to guess what the rarity would be, but it's up there.

Cobrall Wand is another non-existant item.

Fire Faerie Doll: It's the same as other unsearchable Faerie Dolls, unless it's retired, so it's R99.

If you wanna know how rare items are - try the Trading Post! Since so many cheaters were abusing the TP they now show you the rarity of each item! (Good change if you ask me.)

Edit: Doesn't work if nobody has that certain item up for trade though...

I was reading this thread and just about to write the very same thing when I read your post, Ephemeride: check the TP.

And re the ummagine plushie, there isn't one anywhere--and I should know, I am an avid plushie collector. They might have thought of making one at one time, but for whatever reason, it never got put into pixels.

Yeah, the ummagine plushie thing was annoying.

It was created for a plot sometime ago, I don't really understand it. There was one in the whole of neopia. I guess that makes it pretty rare!
