Wizzlee said it was with an o, so I just went with that. :P

Here's the distinction:

A Capital (with an A) is the city in which the government of the country is located.

The Capitol (with an O) building is the building in which the United States Congress meets and passes laws.

...See, I've always been taught that capital has something to do with money. ._. I didn't know there was a difference, other than that!

Capital is also a term for money (hence the term capitalism). Also, it's something you shouldn't use in your posts too many times in a row, or else you get this: OMG I FOUND A FAERIE PAINT BRUSH IN THE HAUNTED WOODS LOL!!!!!!111!!!11!

And of course a Capital Good is a man made item used in the production of a good or service. For example, a telephone is used by a telemarketer. A computer is used by a computemarketer and a marking pen is used by a markimarketer...

Or something like that...
