Pet/Petpet/Petpetpet Matching :)

I'm looking for a water-type neopet to match a Pirate Faellie and its Pinchit. Any match type is acceptable. (I know I'm doing this backwards.)

no way, that's my favorite kind of matching!

grr! a fierce-looking pet to match the pirate, with pinchers to match the pinchit.

sharks are good with pirates.

also looks good with a pirate. i liked the colors with the pinchit's pinchers.

the ears match the faellie's, and the gleeful look matches the pinchit's.

the colors just look nice. i like how the gray matches the pirate and the yellow matches the petpetpet.

he looks piratey, and the colors are great with both.

ghosts and pirates go hand in hand, and his colors are sort of the opposite of the pinchit.

of all the pirate-painted water pets, this one looked the best.

matches very well with the petpetpet.

gray for the pirate, spots for the pinchit. i think they look really good together.

Just butting in, but I think the ghost jetsam looks awesome with them!

Since I plan on havin' him be the adventurous, throw-caution-to-the-wind sort, I was hoping for a Petpet that would seem to be able to travel by land or air (no aquatic).

Something that may also suit the personality (don't think a gloomy petpet would do), or perhaps the opposite: a 'scaredy-cat' type, or one that's almost intimidating. Overall, I'd prefer a color match of sorts...and a Petpet that doesn't cost over a 100k...actually, I'd love for it to be much less. Don't have much NP on me, though I'm saving it up for no apparent reason.

what do you mean? you're asking if petpet matching makes any difference on the neopets site? if so, no. it's just fun and sometimes challenging.

I just meant does it matter which petpets you give your pets? Are there better matches for some pets? I just gave my pets whatever petpet I had at the time coz I didn't think it mattered which you gave them. I have a blue wocky with an Albat and a strawberry jubjub with a snow kookith.

Thank you very much, skizzy! They're all good, but I really like the Ghost Jetsam, Maraquan Korbat (and I have the MP!), Maraquan Buzz, and Spotted Tuskaninny.

Anyone have ideas on what will match with a ukali?

My thoughts were

but I am not interested in owning either of those pets, so alternative ideas would be appreciated. Doesn't have to be purely color-matches. A nicely contrasting pet, or one that matches in theme, is also welcome.

In the end I'm getting a ukali whether it matches with its pet or not, but I thought I might as well see if there were any matches I liked.

I like the contrast between the Shadow Hissi and Ukali, myself.

Speaking of which, can anyone else think of some other matches for a Shadow Hissi? As shown above, I like the Ukali.

And is there a replacement for neocolours yet? (What happened there?)
